Impact Mill

Simple operation system. Screen less pulverizer consists of an encased rotor carrying swinging hammers wizard classifier for fineness regulation.

Material feed from the feed hopper and material pulverized in to grinding chamber. The grind material carried towards the wizard classifier for classification and the oversize are rejected by the wizard and returns to the crushing chamber.

The crushed material is conveyed by the blower into the cyclone for collection and bagging.

is provided in the system for ensuring dust free operation and no loss of powder.
