Established in 1980, we leverage our extensive experience, qualified and talented engineers and modern facilities and expertise in gauge technology to come forth as the leading manufacturer and exporter of compact gauges. We are a Chennai based company, which is one of India's metro cities and a leading trade center well linked to the world by air and sea routes. We combine our expertise, experience & knowledge of international gauge industry to manufacture products of high quality, with budgetary prices & on time delivery. We incorporate latest technology in our gauges to acquire an edge in today's market environment of cutthroat competition and sustain our superior production process. Our committed efforts to maintain international standard of quality in the manufacturing regime & export of gauges have been rewarded by the coveted ISO 9001:2000 Certification from DSA. We are a SSI member and we endeavor to expand our business horizons by venturing into the key global markets.
Our Products
We offer our clients a wide range of gauges which is an example of advanced engineering. The gauges that we offer are Special Purpose Gauges, Receiver Gauges, Standard Gauges, Jigs and Fixtures, OD Grinding, Jig Bushes, Drill Jigs, Milling Fixture. These gauges are made from high grade steel and are designed with high tech system and are very reliable in performance. Our gauges are compact, correct and have best quality. The gauges we offer are used in various industries like automobile, machinery, defense organizations, hydraulic, etc.
Our Infrastructure
Our robust infrastructure is the strong source of support for us. We have established a modern infrastructure as per the guidelines of ISO. Our manufacturing unit is located in a sprawling plot area of 4000 sq. ft. We have installed latest machines based on sophisticated technology like Surface Grinding Machine, Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, Jig Boring Machine and Cutting Machine. Our unique machines accelerate our production process with no compromise on the quality aspect. Our facilities enable us to produce innovative gauges in bulk. We are capable of manufacturing 6 lac units of gauges per month that has enabled us in reaching a turnover of INR 3.6 millions. We have indigenous and independent facilities for quality testing, research and transportation.
Quality Standards
We manufacture our gauges only from the best quality raw materials like steel and other components which are acquired from the renowned Indian suppliers. Using advanced techniques and machines, these gauges are manufactured under the oversight of experienced engineers, thus controlling and maintaining highest quality standards. We have a well equipped lab to check the quality of our products which is manned by experienced quality inspectors. They use imported calibration instruments for testing purpose. Scientific testing has always been the best feature of of our quality control program to make quality gauges. We strive to ensure the quality of our products throughout their usage by our clients. The quality of our products has been acknowledged by an ISO 9001:2000 certificate from DSA. We pack our products in carton boxes that are delivered through our own transportation network.
