CLEARSEP™ VISCOUS PASTE FILTERSare essentially SELF-CLEANING TYPE TURBOEDGE FILTERS with filtration claritydown to 50 micron nominal.
CLEARSEP™ VISCOUS PASTE FILTERS use non - clogging type welded wedgewire screen filter tubes as filter media, thus offering consistent &reliable filtration all the time without the need for any consumables.
The philosophy of filtration is EDGE FILTRATION across a rotating filterelement against a fixed pair of scraper. As the filter element iscontinuously rotating inside a compact housing, along with continuouscleaning of filtering surface, uniform mixing of the viscous paste alsotakes place.
The scraped foreign particles (larger than the filtrating rating) has to bedrained off periodically either automatically or manually.
The main features are:
    * Continuous cleaning of filtering surface
    * Simultaneous MIXING and FILTRATION of VISCOUS PASTES
    * Purging is independent of cleaning unlike in backwash systems
    * Less loss of viscous pastes during purging for purging is not necessary for cleaning of filtering surface
    * Automatic controller with three options' 'Auto, manual & Power save' modes.
