CP series pulverizes are designed to meet highest engineering standards. These pulverisors are meant for tough and reliable operation round the clock, closed circuit grinding system, heavy duty welded steel construction. All fans are statically and dynamically balanced. Cycle working is completely automatic with every safety system. The disk blades are realized in special hardened steel. The system causes a depression in the grinding chamber so the disk blades remain always clean, no material agglomerates, hence blade life is prolonged. Stationery grinding disk is water jacketed. The material stays in grinding chamber for a very short time. This doesn’t allow the material to heat itself, so a lot of materials can be pulverized at ambient temperature. With an adjusting system of the distance between the two disks, the grinding blade can be re-sharpened for extended life.
