Fire Alarm System Solution consists of detectors, devices, manual cell points, hooters, alarm panel, etc. These detectors & devices are located strategically across the area being protected and connected to a fire
alarm panel.
In the event of an outbreak of fire the following typical actions are performed by the system.
- Broadcast alarm tone/voice messages through emergency voice evacuation system
- Actuate dampers for smoke control
- Switch off AHUs to prevent spreading of smoke to adjacent areas
- Recall of elevators to zero level for assisting fire fighting personnel
- Intelligent analogue addressable fire alarm system provides individual addressing of each detector by the control panel to enable pinpointing of the fire source. Various types of detection technologies are available in the form of ionisation smoke detectors, photoelectric smoke detectors, heat detectors, multi sensing detectors, etc. Devices such as monitor modules, control modules and isolator modules are used to connect Manual Call Points, isolators, etc. Color graphic P.C. workstation with drop down menus and user-guided commands provides user friendly man-machine interface for monitoring, controlling and maintaining the system.
- Conventional fire alarm system solutions are available for 4 and 8 zones. In addition to the main control unit the system is supplemented by the ability to add up to 3 remote keypads.
