Flexible Cementitious Waterproofing Treatment

GS 102 is specially for usage on roofs where BBC has already been done. GS 102 uses a material which is flexible cement based of 2 components polymer modified waterproof coating. It seals pores voids and cracks of substrates and yet provides a breathable coating which allows water vapour transmission. This also acts as a protective layer against aggressive gas such as carbon dioxide and from frost and thawling salts.
