2,3,6 & 9 Roller Crusher
Rollers : Rollers made of special graded cast-iron for longer life. Specially designed V-Type grooves on the rollers to extract maximum juice.
Axles : High-grade steel is used for all axels for extra strength and efficiency. Axels are duty fixed and fitted with hydraulic pressure & key is placed tightly between rollers which keeps rollers and axels extremely tight.
Gears : High tempered qualitative iron is used for making gears. These are running in all bath lubrication system, it is totally packed, bearing oil seal. It provides safety.
Bearing : Taper roller bearings made from standard materials has least chance of wear and tear.
Bush : Bush are made from standard material thus last longer only required regular grease/lubricant.
Side Plates : Side plates are totally made of steel and jointed separately & accurately. Special cared is taken to make it stronger to bear maximum load.
