By constant & parallel R&D, achieve liquor ratio1:0 wet fabrics in number of polyester fabric quality with number of self and mix color combination. 1:0 wet fabric mins the water or dye bath liquor require only wetting fabrics. In terms of dry polyester fabric liquor ratio nearly or approximately 1:1 and in some color or color combination it will reach 1:0.2 to 1:0.5 wet fabrics. It will be also reducing 1:0 wet fabrics in near future by our constant & parallel R&D (see our five graphs of research and development).
In fabric dry condition, liquor ratio is for polyester fabric approximates 1:1 for polyester cotton 1:2 and for cotton 1:3. Every fabrics water or liquor absorption is deferent. That is why we are mentioning the liquor ratio in terms of wet fabrics.
The reduce liquor ratio, not only reduces water consumption per unit (kg. / Pound) fabric, but also reduces the consumption of thermal, electric energy, chemical and color (dark color). It also reduces the air pollution and water pollution dramatically at very low level.
This is the last and final point to reduce the liquor ratio in fabric exhaust dye machine, which achieve by our last 25 years constant and parallel research and development works (see graphs). In coming years we commercialize this machine with "plug to sun" for thermal and electric energy.
