We are one of the leading suppliers of Adrocut SS W3 semi synthetic high oil cutting fluid.
Use: Adrocut SSW3 is a high oil content inherently stable water mix cutting fluid. It produces a milky to semi translucent emulsion, depending on the water quality, is low in odour and gives good corrosion protection to machines and components. Adrocut SSW3 contains extreme pressure additives to provide excellent cutting performance.
Applications: Sawing, turning, milling, drilling and other chip forming operations. General purpose surface, cvlindrical and centreless grinding.
Advantages: Suitable for a wide range of ferrous alloys including high tensile steels and other difficult to machine alloys. Aluminum alloys, yellow metal alloys, oil resistant polymers and composites.

Storage and Handling
The product should be stored under cover and protected from extreme temperatures (above 100C and below 300C is ideal). Avoid water collecting in the rim of upturned barrels. Shelf life of the product 6 months from the date of supply.
Product Mixing
ADROIT advice the use of automated mixing systems. Mixing manually, always add the concentrate to the water with maximum agitation, if water is added to the concentrate, the emulsions may prove unstable. Avoid mixing with very cold concentrate or water. Check emulsion strength using a calibrated refractometer. Details of where to purchase equipment and how to use it are available.
Product Management
The working concentration should be carefully controlled and monitored on a daily basis as higher and lower working concentrations have health and safety implications. Machines should be cleaned out regularly. Fluid and particulate contaminants should be kept to a minimum. This is important especially in terms of bacterial control and is in line with the latest advice from government and professional sources. Detailed reference sources are quoted in the MSDS.
