Capacity:

Capacity to handling a wide range of Polyrethane material from 20 Shore A to 85 Shore D hardness. Capacity to cast component Up to 1000kg with size of 2 x 1 x 0.5Mtr. Special Formulation can be cast as per customer requirement.  

Facility:

Manufacturing of Mould from Metal even we produce short run production mould from Araldite Epoxy material. We have machining facility of PU product as well as in-house physical property testing equipment for Quality Assurance.
