DIYA CHEMICAL’S Super Plasticizer based on Sulphonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensate blended with selected concrete retarders.

DIYA CHEMICAL’S Super Plasticizer [SP-01] is a liquid plasticizing admixture for cement concrete and mortar. It has a powerful dispersing and deflocculating effect on the particles of cement. It makes the concrete flowing and self-compacting with an added advantage of high early and long term strength.

FEATURES / ADVANTAGES:

·        It reduces segregation and bleeding.

·        It can be used even for micro silica, fly ash and slag cement concrete.

·        It improves finished appearances of the hardened concrete.

·        It eliminates formation of cold joints between subsequent pours in mass or structural concrete.

·        It is based on Sulphonated Naphthalene formaldehyde polymer.

·        It does not contain chlorides or nitrates.

·         It is widely used in ready mix concrete.

DOSAGE:

As with all admixtures the optimum dosage for particular application is best determined by site trials.

SHELF LIFE:

One year in manufacturer’s sealed drums, DIYA CHEMICAL’S Super Plasticizer [SP-01] should be protected from frost, but if it becomes frozen it should be allowed to the mixed thoroughly before use.

PACKING:

Packing in 5 Ltr., 20 Ltr., 100 ltr. and 200 ltr. Packing

NOTE:

• Do not mix it with dry cement
• Add to mixing (gauging) water or directly to the mix.
• Stir well before use.
