Ultrasonic Cleaner

Our range of ultra sonic cleaners delivers high frequency vibrations and assists in cleaning immersed jobs to microscopic level. The use of advanced engineering in our product provides it with excellent penetration and cleaning even in the smallest crevices & between tightly spaced parts in cleaning tanks. The use of imported PZT crystals (transducers) with solid state coil based ultrasonic generator provides 22 and 37 + 3kHz international frequency.

With applications in Pharma, Jewellery, PCB, Automotive, Utensil & Export Oriented Jobs, our products are available in standard models of 9 and 30 Ltr. Presently our products are being used at reputed establishments like BARC, TIFR, HAL, GRSE, M&M, Philips, Hospitals, and many more.

Features:

·         Our units are available with 25 kHz or 40 kHz ultrasonic transducers that help in matching the cleaning power with clients’ specific applications.

·         At either frequency 25 kHz or 40 kHz, our DUEX® series watt density is higher than most other tabletop units making them ideal for removing heavy or tenacious soils.
