Molecular Formula:  C₂₀H₁₁N₂O₁₀S₃Na₃

Solubility: Soluble in water with red color. Turns red on addition of conc H2SO4 with violet color on dilution turn reddish orange. Yellow solution with conc HNO3.

Application: For dying & printing of wool, nylon & silk. Other uses are in ink, paper, leather, Plastic & wood stains.
