Ekta Enterprise was incorporated in the early nineties to supply maintenance based products to industry. We sold epoxy based cold repair system specialty lubricants & single point lubricants devices. We moved in to manufacturing in the late 90’s and developed a wide range of products specially used in preventive maintenance of rotating machine like compressors, pumps, blower, ID/FD fans, Gear boxes, motor etc. we now manufacturer tools for mounting and dismounting of rotating elements like bearings, couplings etc. we also make Shaft alignment tools, ready cut shims, & a complete range of single lubricators. All these products have been successfully introduced in large variety of corporate clients in India.

Hardness Testing and Component Heat Treatment is carried out. Standard and large quantity items are checked with special gauges. In-Line Process Inspection By conventional instruments.

 

A competent Quality Control Supervisor verifies each component with the pertinent drawings or Standard specification before dispatch.

 

Infrastructure:

 

We have our own manufacturing set up with 4500 sq. ft of land & 2000 sq. ft. of construction. We have all basic machinery, inspection & quality control & design facilities for manufacturing of the above items, we have a well established vendor base A& skilled trained workmen to manufacture the above products.
