We are one of the largest exporters of 100% cotton yarn from India. Our exports exceed 24000 tonnes, to a clientele spread worldwide. We are the first 100% export oriented spinning Unit in India's private sector.
We spin yarn between counts Ne 20's combed and Ne 120's combed, both in single and 2-ply. All yarns are wound on the latest Schlafhorst 338 & Murata Autoconers. We produce high RKM yarns for high speed looms. Our double yarns, including knotless, are twisted on Volkmann TFO twisters.
Our gassed yarns are singed on the latest Swiss Mettler machines.
We have installed a Suessen Elite compact spinning machine and can offer compact yarn between counts Ne 40's and Ne 100's.
We also have an SSM Precision Dye Package Winder for yarn on soft winding perforated dye packages (both conical 4020 and cylindrical).
