Product Description

We are leading manufacturers and exporters of Heatless Air Dryers in India. Exal Heatless air dryer, consists of 2 towers which, alternately cycle on drying and regeneration. Each tower is filled with a bed of adsorbent desiccant. When one tower is on a drying cycle the desiccant adsorbs moisture from the incoming wet air and the other tower is on a regenerating cycle with a small portion of the dried air passing through the desiccant to pick up and remove the adsorbed moisture which is then vented to atmospheric. The process is automatically reversed from one tower to the other on a timed sequence basis.

 

Prefilter is provided at the inlet port to protest the desiccant bed from dirt and water contamination in the air. After filter is provided to collect desiccant dust at outlet air port.

 

A Complete Air Drying System is needed wherever Compressed Air is used” Clean and Dry Air: It is necessity that for all process and control application, the air should be clean and moisture free. Most demand dry, clean compressed air to reduce maintenance and replacement costs, decrease down time and minimize product rejects.

 

The compressed air contains a substantial amount of water vapour. This water can cause a Number of problems from damage to complete system failure. Removing water from compressed air prevents corrosion, keeps instruments functioning properly and ensures quality in operation.

 

Complete Moisture Removal: Complete moisture removal can be achieved by reducing the dew point temperature of the compressed air by chemically by a drying medium which attracts moisture.

 

A Desiccant Air Dryer: Desiccant dryer is the only equipment capable of producing super-dry air with low dew points (normally-40° f or lower)
