Product Description

We are offering wide range of Refrigerated Air Dryer to our client require. They are Removes moisture in Air by the principle of refrigeration. Exal ref. type dryer essentially cools the compressed airto3°C leading to separation of the moisture by condensation.

 

Clean and Dry Air:

Compressed air is an energy source to almost all ranges of industrial production processes. In order to ensure optimum process reliability, clean and dry compressed air is needed. Ambient air entering a compressor contains contaminants, dirt particles, oil and water in the form of water vapour which can condense during compression process causes malfunction or damage to equipments, higher running expenses, faulty or spoilt products. Therefore, it is important to select the correct air drying system considering economy, productivity and reliability.

Exal Compressed Air Dryer Refrigerated Type:

Refrigerated dryer is based on the principle that when the temperature of air is lowered, its ability to hold the moisture is reduced.

How Exal Air Dryer Works:

Air circuit: Wet air is pre cooled in air-to-air heat exchanger by the outgoing cooled dry air without any additional energy requirement. The pre cooled air is further cooled down to the required dew point in freon-to-air heat exchanger. The cool air then enters through a high efficiency seperator where the condensed water is drawn off automatically. The cold dry air enters the initial exchanger in the opposite direction where it is reheated approximately to room temperature by the incoming hot air.

 

Refrigerant Circuit: The liquid freon enters the heat exchanger, expands, absorbing heat from the surrounding air thus changing in to low pressure heat laden gas. This gas get compressed in compressor and enters to the condensor. The heat is released to the ambient/water and the gas liquidifies. The liquid is then taken to expansion valve duly filtered for next cycle.
