Falcon Tex was incorporated in 1995 to manufacture and supply fabrics, home furnishing fabrics and home décor accessories. Soon, after four years of our existence we stepped in exporting of our product range in 1999.
Mr. N.C.V. Raamalingan founded Falcon Tex with a vision to provide the best of fabrics and accessories to its clients, and his dream came true with company’s tremendous success in the global market.

Our collection of furnishing items can be availed in exquisite designs and unique textures. We offer a wide range of Indian handloom, power loom fabric, poly cotton and voile in diverse patterns. We use premium quality cotton and other imported cloth adorned with diverse patterns and elegant designs. We procure the raw materials from reliable textile mills. Our products are broadly categorized as Kitchen Linen, Bed Linen, Table Linen, Living Linen, depending on there area of application. Some of the unique features of our products are:

Creating a rage in the market, our collection includes Apron, Bed Cover, Cushion, Cushion Cover, Potholder, Table Cloth, Table Mat, Quilts, Curtains, Runner and Napkin. Apart from these products we also offer Table Runner, Bread Basket, Chair Cover, Chair Pad, Sofa Cover, Floor
mat, Bath Towel, Bath Robe, to name a few.
Infrastructure Facility
Located in Karur; mother town of home textiles; we are well facilitated to fulfill our clients need in a short span of time. We have well built infrastructure with separate floors in the administration house for administrative, stitching and quality audit and packaging purpose. Our full fledged manufacturing unit is spread on a huge area of 30, 000sq.ft, having a production capacity of 20, 000 Kgs. We have various departments like dyeing unit and in house stitching unit. We have collaborated with various firms to meet our fabric and embroidery requirements. We have invested in hi tech machineries to conduct our production process efficiently and successfully meet the enormous orders of our clients. Build in a wide area, our production unit is segregated into different sections that are:
* Dyeing
* Weaving
* Cloth Cutting and Stitching
* Packing
* Dispatching
We own two capacious warehouses to store dyed loom yarn, finished loom goods and completely checked consignments. We have different machines for fast and world class production like:
* Yarn Dyeing machines with a capacity of 3000 Kg/day
* Installed R.O System and pollution treatment plant in Dyeing unit
* Fabric Dyeing Units to facilitate bulk orders
* JUKI Sewing machines for stitching cloths
* Auto loom Grey in width up to 120" in Percale
* Satin and Dobby weaves in Ruti – C
* Sulzer looms
* Duvets up to 300 TC
Quality
Our repute and recognition is prominently due to our ability to offer impeccable quality fabrics. In order to give the best, we only use best grade raw materials. We made our products after comprehensive analysis of the needs and requirements of our customers in a manner that is both cost effective and quality driven.
We perform various tests to ensure the quality of our fabrics. We conduct Count, construction and color tests as per the SGS standards. We use environment friendly dyeing and AZO-Free dyestuffs to ascertain eco friendly production process. JUKI machines are used for excellent finishing of our products. All fabrics are pre washed before altering them as Made ups to ensure minimum shrinkage.
We have implemented stringent Quality Management System to ensure best produce of our range. Moreover, we conduct regular quality check on every single piece. The inspection is also done by selecting pieces randomly at various production stages and again before final packaging of the products. These checks are performed for different parameters like:
* Color Fastness
* Shrinkage Control
* Uniform Dyeing
We also perform various tests to ensure the quality of our products such as:
* Test for color fastness at 40 – 60 Degree in SGS Standards
* Test to ascertain that the dyes are AZO Free
* DRY rubbing
* WET rubbing for dark colors, crooking meter
* Shrinkage Test - maximum 3-4 %
