SCOPE OF SERVICES
1. House Keeping Services:
Daily Cleaning
• Dusting of tabletops, wood paneling and overall cleaning of specified areas.
• Cleaning of partition and window glasses from the inner side where accessible.
• Removal of stains from tabletops and walls, where washable.
• Servicing of toilets throughout the day.
• Polishing of metal strips/artifacts/panels etc.
• Cleaning of back entrance, fire exits, main and rear stairways and other common exit areas.
• Emptying of all waste bins after office hours.
• Removal and disposal of dry garbage.
• Vacuuming of carpeted floor.
• Mopping of uncarpeted floors.
• Spotting of stains on carpets where possible.
Weekly Cleaning
• Cleaning of lights and Air conditioner vents, fans, lights, panel strips, artifacts if any.
• Disinfectant treatment of toilets, water closets and wash basins.
• Sponging of wall stains.
• Through cleaning of refrigerators and underneath and behind all movable furniture.
• Cleaning of computer equipment-monitors, keyboards etc.
