We manufacture hot water boiler that can be designed up-to 300 C and is available in liquid as well as solid fuel firirng systems. The standard model is Available from HEAT OUTPUT ( K-Cal/h ) 50,000 to 1000,000. The highlighting features of these boilers are:

• Elegant and sleek design: The accessories and heater have attractive front instrument and control panel and is mounted on common skid. The boiler can be installed close to process. Also, pre-assembled and pre-wired unit reduces on site erection time.
• Super efficiency: Our 3-pass boiler can achieves efficiency of 90 % due to integral air heater.
• Optimum heat utilization: The incoming combustion air takes up the residual heat in the flue gases and this ensure optimum heat utilization. Also, convective helical coil uses cross- flow pattern to soak up utmost heat from the hot flue gases in radiation zone and two times in convection zone.
• Combustion Chamber: The combustion chamber is cylindrical in shape. Its design and dimension helps in optimal combustion and forms the first pass.
• Fully Automatic safe operation: The entire operation can be control with single switch. Also the burner cuts IN and OUT to meet process heat loads due to which minimal attention is required during normal operation.
• Instant Information: The instrument panel has audio visual control and has been set up at floor level which provides instant information on heat generation.
• Flue Gas Routing: The flue gas rise through the second pass formed by the space between the two cylindrical tube sections and then descends through the third pass between the outer cylindrical tube section and the gas-tight smoke box casing.
• No Explosion Risks: Low thermal inertia, low pressure system and fully automatic safety trips ensures safe operation.
