This machine cuts any types of shape with the help of mild steel template (Minimum thickness 4mm necessary). Template is fixed on machine-bed by Electro-magnetic systems. Cutting will be starting automatically as soon as the template magnet switch puts on. The magnet tracing roller moves around the shape of template and job is being cuts as the shape of template. It is not necessary to change the Position of the machine or job. After every cut, you can change cutting position just by rearranging the place of template. All movements are motorizing for smooth and accurate Operation.
Template fixing magnetic block operates on 24 Volts D.C. All necessary step-down transformer (230 Volts A.C. to D.C.) and AC to DC conversion unit standard attachment of the Machine.
FLAME WILL BE START AUTOMATICALLY WHEN “AUTO IGNITION SWITCH" PUTS ON. (EXTRA)
