REVERSIBLE MIXER DRUM:

It is a reversible non-tilting type concrete mixer driven by electric motor with inline gearbox. Power transmission done by “V” belts (3 nos.) which allows a very cushioned reversion of drum rotation and reduction of stress of mechanical components. Drum rotation reversible is auctioned by push buttons provided on the electric control panel. This type of mixer is that takes within 1 to 2 minute for mixing design. It not only produces concrete more quickly but also of superb quality with no segregation during discharge.

SKIP BUCKET :

It consist of a receiving bucket has electronics stainless steel load cell system mechanism. The manual charge of aggregate & cement in bucket and converted in to weight kg. to an accuracy of +1% indication electronics controller as per recipe. Which takes bucket is lifted lever type hydraulic valve makes easy control of skip bucket. It provide hydraulic system with stop valve to avoid accident falls.

DIGITAL WATER FLOW METER:

It consists to in one-inch line water (auto cut) flow meter is fitted for measurement of water which indicated quality of added to the drum and present switch control the fees pump. Fully zero resetting motor flow meter (auto cut). The accuracy of flow meter display +/-1% weighment.
