Floodlight Luminaire FMD14/FBD14

Luminaires:

Comprises spun aluminium reflector and die cast LM6 aluminium rear housing in stove ename finish. The Luminaire has to ughened heat resistant front glass. A synthetic rubber gasket ensures weather proof ness. The lamp holders are fixed to a bracket inside the rear cast housing, mounted on a MS cradle for rotating in horizontal and verticle planes. This facilities positioning of the luminaire to effectively illuminate the target area.

Reflector:

Highly polished aluminium reflector and auxiliary reflector improves the optical efficiency. Both the main and auxiliary reflectors are anodised for high photometric efficiency and longevity. The lamp position with respect to reflector ensures prefocussing for optimum performance. FBD has a bigger reflector for longor throw of light.

Relamping:

Possible without disturbing aiming angle. Luminaire can be opened easily from the rear for maintenance by opening wing nuts.

Cable Entry:

Is through a 3/4" BSC inletand terminates on the mains connector in the rear portion of the casting.

Applications:

For floodlight large areas like railway marshalling yards, industrial storage yards, sports arenas, docks and airport aprons, large construction sites, outdoor switch yards etc.
