Heating the thermic fluid and transferring the heat so generated to the process is economical & efficient over steam and electrical heating systems. Temperature up to 300 C at atmospherically pressure can be achieved and the whole system behind pressure less is out of the purview of IBR.

Gujtex thermic fluid heater consumes 15% less fuel approximately compared to the best of the steam boiler.

Gujtex has complete in house facilities for manufacturing these thermic fluid heaters. Only boiler quality tubes are used for maximum running reliability and multi start tube nest ensures anti cracking security.
