* Fabrics made out of both synthetic fibres (polyester, viscose, nylon) and natural fibres (silk, cotton)
* Made-ups like scarves, stolls, duppattas, etc
* Designer Hand and Machine Embroidery on silk, dupions, rushell net, tulle and other textile grounds with beads, pearls, stones, rayons and mettalic threads.
* Home Furnishings like bed-sheets, pillow-covers, curtains, table cloths, napkins, etc.
* Garments including ladies gowns and dresses, and beachwear, galebia, etc.

Mr A P Batra has a MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and BE in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has over 30 years experience in the industry. Before setting up Guria Textiles, he held several senior management positions at Tata Motors.

Sameer Batra
Mr Sameer Batra has a degree in Textile Engineering from one of the premier Textile Institutes in India. He has nearly fifteen years experience in the textile industry, and has worked with some of the best textile firms in India. Along with a strong grounding in textile technology, he has a sound understanding of export markets.

Subir Batra
Mr Subir Batra has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and BE in Comp. Science from BITS, Pilani. Before joining Guria Textiles, he has worked as management consultant with leading firms in India and USA. He has helped major firms like AT&T, National Semiconductors, Abbott Laboratories and Deloitte Consulting in their decision-making and operational improvement initiatives.

Guria Textiles Becomes a Govt. Recognized Export House
June, 2004
Based on its strong performance in the export of textile items, the Govt. of India has awarded Guria Textiles the status of 'Export House'.
Guria Textiles will now be able to enjoy special priveleges reserved by the Govt. of India for the select group of companies who have been conferred this status. This includes faster clearences by government departments, more flexibility in operations and less paper-work, which will finally translate into even better service for our customers.
The status of Export House is a much sought-after recognition, by the Govt. of India, of the export performance of a company. It is given by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce on behalf of the Govt. of India, and is awarded based on a very stringent set of criteria to a few select companies every year.
