Clean, dry, oil free air/gas forms backbone for many industries. These filters effectively and efficiently remove solid particles, entrained oil, water mist and other liquid from compressed air and gas which wear out pneumatic machinery, block valves and orifices, causing high maintenance and costly air leaks due to corroding piping system resulting in abrupt stoppages.
These filters are for removal of moisture , solid contaminants, oil, oil vapour and odour depending on requirement. We have a very wide range of media for this purpose – ceramic candle, porous plastic, polystyrene, sintered bronze, sintered PE, micro fibre glass, activated carbon fibre etc.
The oil removal filter is a coalescing type of filter using boro-silicate glass fibre media and should be used only after a pre-filter that can remove particulates.
For smaller range of compressed air filter, we can offer you Aluminium housings. For larger flow rates and Gas Filters, we offer you fabricated housing. These could be with one or multiple filter elements.
We also have a unique 3 in 1 filter with moisture separation, particulate as well as oil removal filter all in one housing with minimum pressure drop. This comes with an automatic electronic drain valve to remove the condensate.
