Harin's CR Topcoat is a chlorinated rubber based rust preventing paint for use on steel surfaces in combination with Harin's complete chlorinated rubber paint system
Harin's CR Topcoat is quick drying paint and offers effective protection against corrosion. It is resistant to water chemical fumes hostile Marine and Industrial environment. It also possesses sea water resistance, very good adhesion to primers and inter coat adhesion even after prolonged weathering.

Surface Preparation
If applying paint after storage of primed surface then remove all contaminants by pressure hosing with fresh water and allow drying. Also repair any area where primer has been damaged by touch up
