FOR LINED PRDUCTS

As we are in the field of lining of PTFE/FEP which is required.

We have various kind of lining process for pipe line, bend and column we use PTFE selves. As u can see our development a photo graph.

For sight glasses, cross, tee, unequal tee, reducers and reducing flanges we use FEP granules.

For valves we have completed only ball valve. For any kind of valves we can supply u on requested through a reputed party.

PTFE LINED STERRIOR

As we have supplied many of the ptfe sterrior. We have made 2250mm long sterrior for cylindrical vessel.  Sterrior will be available in various sizes.

Fractional Distillation Unit

This is a general purpose batch distillation unit to be operated under vacuum.

Heating bath heats and evaporates the contents of the vessels.Vapour enters into the packed column and gets franctionated.Vapour of low boiling liquid enters into the condenser, gets condensed and is collected into the twin receivers. From the final receiver, distillate can be removed without breaking the vacuum.  

The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid inlet, packed column, a coil condenser, product cooler and twin receivers.

The unit is available in vessel size of 20, 50, 100 and 200 litres.
