Hot Stamping is a pollution-free dry printing process in which the colour pigment or metallic material layer is transferred from a continuous carrier film to the object to be secured or decorated. Both stock and custom designed holographic foils with registered images and wallpaper patterns can be developed for specific types of application. These products can be used to secure sensitive documents as well as consumer products. The process uses controlled heat & pressure through a heated die to transfer the image from the foil to substrate like Paper, Plastic, Wood, etc.
Besides the pigmented and metallic Stamping Foils, Holographic Stamping Foils are also available not only to deter the counterfeiters but also to decorate the product. Both stock and custom designed holographic foils are available. Holographic Stamping Foils are surprisingly cost effective.
