HTST continuous pasteurizers are extensively used for pasteurization of milk and cream in dairy & food industries.
Plate heat exchangers based pasteurizer offer enormous convenience for processing milk, cream with flexibility, high thermal efficiency and effective heat transfer. The system is compact, requires minimal space and is very easy to expand capacity by adding additional plates. The heat exchanger plates are available in SS AISI 304 and 316 with special configured glue free gasket imported from Europe.
We design and supply pasteurizer as per customized requirements. Few options are listed below :
• Skid mounted pasteurization module with accessories and automated control.
• Skid mounted PLC based fully automated pasteurization system.
