Rotary Vacuum Dryer

We are manufacturing a Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer or Paddle Dryer is used to obtain dry powder from wet cake or solutions. The drying is a batch course of action and often carried out under vacuum. The effectiveness is very high and the in commission costs are low compared to other types of dryers. The product is heated through jacket from outside and rotating hollow shaft and paddles from within. The heating is by steam or hot liquid. Product filter, condenser, receiver and vacuum pump are part of the system. It is also used in Low temperature drying, Reaction, Recovery of solvents etc. Particular designs are available for drying application in Pharmaceutical Industries complying CGMP standards. Different designs are available with non-heated shaft and flat ends. Materials of construction available are alloys of Stainless Steel and Hastelloy.
