Ideal for tertiary filtration, municipal and industrial reuse/recovery, product recovery, process water filtration and conventional filter retrofit applications, we also manufacture long lasting disc filters. They provide ultimate solution for water reuse and have convenient efficient cleaning property. Designed for twice the headloss of current generation woven media filters to further reduce backwash frequencies, they are featured with micron rated media as absolute barrier to solids removal. The water flows by gravity into the filter segments from the center drum. Solids are separated from the water by the microscreen cloth mounted on the two sides of the segments. When the screen is clogged, the back-wash cycle is started and solids are back-washed into the collecting trough.
