We design and manufacture shell and tube heat exchangers as per the requirements of our customer. We have our own in house cold drawing facility for small diameter tubes. The heat exchangers can be made in erw, seamless carbon steel tubes, Calorised tubes and cupronickel tubes. We have complete testing and quality control. Pressure Test and Welding checks can be done. NDT Tests can also be carried out. Third Party inspection is also acceptable Rolling of shells and end dishes are done by us. Stress relieving by heat treatment is done based on requirement of the client. Our specialty is to use our own patented Calorised Tubes. These tubes are corrosion resistant to all sulphur bearing compounds like Sulphuric Acid, Hydrogen Sulphide and Sulphur Dioxide. Hence heat exchangers made from these pipes have a very long life. We are the only manufacturer of these pipes / tubes in India.
