Uses

 

Bonding segmented concrete bridges to speed up construction and provide a structural and water resistant joint. Can be used for pointing stone masonry joints to retain structural integrity.

Description

 

Ultrabond EPAD thixotropic epoxy adhesive is a 2 pack solvent free epoxy resin system consisting of a white base, black hardener in preweighed quantities for easy onsite mixing. The product is available in three grades :

 

  Ultrabond EPAD20Fast set for application between 5° to 20°

  Ultrabond EPAD30-Medium Fast set for application between 15°C to 30°C

  Ultrabond EPAD40-Slow set for application between 25°C to 45°C

30 Ltrs. Bulk packs and 3.7 L standard packs

 

Coverage

 

Approximately 2 L/m² at 2mm thickness

 

Shelf Life

 

12 months of shelf life in original packaging under shaded conditions.
