High performance acrylic elastomeric coating

Ultracoat EXT is high performance acrylic based coating with antifungal properties & UV resistant properties. Recommended for protection of exterior cementitious surfaces.

Application Procedure

●  Surface should be free from oil,, dust and other contaminants

●  Any deficiencies on the surface should be rectified before applying sealer coat

●  Dilute sealer coat upto 10% by volume with potable water

●  Apply sealer coat for better adhesion & sealing

●  Allow the sealer coat to dry for 2 hrs.

●  Dilute Ultracoat EXT upto 40% by volume with potable water

●  Apply first coat of Ultracoat EXT by roller of brush on the primed surface

●  Allow drying for 4-5 hours before application of second coat
