Tape Stretching Lines

For manufacturing PP/HDPE flat tapes, fibrillated tapes and serrated tapes to produce Woven sacks, Tarpaulins, FIBC's(Jumbo Bags), ropes, stitching threads, etc. J P manufactures tape stretching lines from 150 kgs/hr to 500 kgs/hr out put. These lines includes Extruder with 32:1 L/D ratio barrier screw for processing of HDPE/ PP faciliting homogeneous mixing, continuous screen changer with time controlled screen feed for online melt filtration without stoppage of the line minimizes the wastage, downtime & number of stoppages, giving consistent denier and increased productivity. The excellent feature of the tape lines manufactured is their lower power consumption.
