•Concrete Vibrator JSD-MK 7/54, JT-MK 7/101, JG-MK 7/255: Designed to suit all types of conditions, it has high frequency of 17,000vib/minensures and has perfect homogeneous compaction of concrete mixture of different grades.

Size:
•Needle: 25mm,40mm, 60mm diameter
• Flexible shaft: 4m. or 6m. in length.
Vibrating Needle: It consists of specially treated steel components and works on the principle of friction, where a pendulum type rotor arrangement is provided in it.
Flexible Shaft:
•Frequency: 3,500 to 4.000 vib/min.
•Capacity: Slabs of width up to 7mx254mm deep can be effectively compacted.
•Vibrating Unit: It consists of mid steel casing in which the vibrating rotor and it's bearing are carried. This unit contains two offset fabricated mild steel brackets which are secured by through bolts to the trailing side of the board.
•Handles and Return Rollers: Special rollers and shock absorbing handles are provided for the smooth and easy handling of the equipment. 4.Shutter Vibrator: JB-782: It is self contained unit and can be put straight in to service by simply connecting it to an A.C supply. Robustly constructed, this unit is capable of standing up to very severe conditions of service.
•It has an outer hose of reinforcement rubber and a steel inner cre of high strength.
•Surface(inclined)Vibrator:JR-MK 7/270: This pioneer product is specially designed for giving excellent finish (by compaction) to inclined concrete surfaces like side structures of canal, dams, reservoirs. It can be easily converted in to concrete vibrator or flexible grinder on site whenever required.
•Surface(screed)Vibrator JD-MK11/531: With an aspire to go beyond the expectation of our customer in terms of quality, we also manufacture surface screed vibrator, having following specifications
