Flaking plant designed and fabricated under the latest technical known how and expertise. The plant is versatile for flaking of maize, wheat , rice, sago, gram, mung, etc having its capacity 1000 kg. per 8 hours.

To make flaking process:

At first maize is processed through the grinding machines under which it is polished and made dust and husk free. Afterward it passesthrough the vibrating perforated sizing screen to separated undersized and malnutrition seeds. All processed seeds are taken to the flaking machines pro-vided with the plant.

The flaking machines consisting two rolls where the cooked seeds are pressed uniformly. All processed seeds flakes are to be sun dried and ready for packing.
