· Rigid machine structure for vibration free machining.

· Machine base is reinforced by ribs, for extra rigidity & stability.

· Drive to the spindle is through six splined sleeve inside in all machines & outside also in models R40AA, R40G & P40AA.

· Spindle all the machines have six spline and supported through taper roller bearings to withstand thrust load.

· The RAM is made from special alloy steel pipe of more thickness.

      Precision parts are made of EN-8 steel.
