The noise dosemeter has been specially designed for the measurement of Noise at Work. The lightweight dosemeter mounts on the worker's shoulder. With no cable to snag it is comfortable and unobtrusive. The dosemeter is controlled (calibrated, started, stopped and downloaded) using the Reader unit, which communicates with the doseBadge using infra-red, like a TV remote control.
