To improve the restrictions which physical cables place on most networks, Planet wireless outdoor solutions that have removed the boundaries of both LAN and WLAN. Planet 802.11b WLAN outdoor solutions include two models: WAP-5000 for Access Point and WAP-5100 for Wireless Bridge, both of the models have specially designed housing to against the rigorous weather conditions while they are installed in exposed locations.
