K-acoustic Plaster

K - ACOUSTIC PLASTER is a single component synthetic sound dedening plaster. it is ready to use plaster based on acrylic polymer emulsion, pigments inert sound absorbing filler materials & additives. It can be applied on all common types of building material surfaces such as cement plaster, concrete, wood, ply wood and asbestos sheets. It give a high quality even surface in living room, bedroom, hallm corridors, conference rooms & praying halls. It can be applied by trowel and top layer can be textured by trowel or roller. K-ACOUSTIC PLASTER is a decorative plaster to be applied in a thickness of more than 3mm to prevent echoing in large pray hall.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Surface cleaning is very important to get the best result and to avoid failure. The surface must be clean, free of oil, grease, dirt, sladge, fungus blistered and loose plaster & old oil paint. If cracks are existing, seal the cracks with acrylic sealant. Incase substrate is old & chalky apply one sealer as a primer coat. (KRISHNA SEALER). It provides strong adhesion (bonding) to the substrate.

Mixing

Mix the material throughly to a uniform & homogenous paste. Incase if required add required quantity of water to get a paste consistency without saging.

APPLICATION

Apply the mixed material by stel trowel in a single or multicoat application to a uniform levelled surface. Designs can be created by using " Design Rubber roller " which are available in the market. After hard dry paint can be applied by brush or spray. For best sound dedening effect the plaster can be applied over 3 mm thickness.

CLEANING

Tools and equipments can be cleaned with water before drying of the plaster material.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE Store at a cool and dry place. Shelf life is six months from the date of manufacturing.
