Kalpesh Engineering Works was established in the year of 1987 as a company engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying different types of soap dies and soap moulds. All the products are offered as our client’s requirement.

Our range of products is used in all soap industries and receives appreciation for its good quality, accurate shape, size and weight and less maintenance. The products are developed in our tool room facility, which is an integral part of our infrastructure.

Infrastructure

Our infrastructure provided two manufacturing facilities, tool room and different design departments. The production facilities cover a total plot area of 1200 square feet and have the very good manufacturing capacity. Each facility is outfitted with efficient machines such as:

• CNC vertical machine
• Lathes
• Pantographs
• Surface grinder
• Drills

The manufacturing facility is supported by tool room, which assist in completing the bulk orders within the stipulated time. We also have in-house design departments, one creates mechanical designs and drafts where as the other is indulged in product designing and developing. The departments are well equipped with latest computer systems having CAD/CAM software. We also developed design as per client’s condition.
