We had a humble beginning to our business as the profit for the first financial year was a respectable INR 10 Lacs. Since then, we have been improving by leaps and bounds as we are able to increase our profit by a commendable margin of 25% every year. The major source of our success is Mr. Harshadkumar Shah who by qualification is an electrical engineer and has loads of experience behind him.

Research and Development

We realize the fact that the role of research and development is very important for the success of an organization. To assure the same, we emphasize that our facilities for the same are ideally suited for our range of power panels. Our program involves two kind of research work mentioned below:

Technical research:

We have a separate team of technocrats for our technical research work. In this kind of research, we focus on the following issues:

* Enhancing quality and productivity of our range

* Strengthening our manufacturing facilities to ensure optimum utilization of our resource.

Market research:

In this kind of research work, our market research specialists closely examine changing market trends.

Our research and development wing is being handled by a team of highly qualified research specialists who are well versed with the latest technology and industrial standards.

Our Facilities

Our manufacturing process is carried out in a hi-tech plant which is equipped with all the requisite facilities. We have a fleet of sophisticated machines which enable us to carry different stages of production efficiently. Our production begins with a general arrangement drawing with foundation details. We prepare a single line diagram and wiring drawing as per the client’s requirements and are submitted for approval before manufacturing of each of the products with the use of CAD/CAM software. We adhere to the national and international standards for the production. Our production is done in the following stages:

Fabrication:

Our fabrication unit is equipped with a 60 ton capacity Hydraulic shearing machine for uniform cutting and a 100 ton capacity Hydraulic Press Brake machine for accurate bending of the sheet. We are also equipped with other machines for grinding, drilling, corner cutting and welding. Our professionals adhere to the standard of metal enclosed switchgear considering degree of protection as well as bus bar arrangement and connection as per IS 375, IS 2174 & IS 342.

Assembly:

We assemble and wire our panels as per standards of IS 375 & IS 5578. Our professionals take care of all the safety aspects such as busbar sleeving, busbar supports, safety shutters, earthing and door locking arrangement. We sleeve the horizontal and vertical busbar along with incoming links with heat shrink PVC which ensures protection against accidents due to tracking caused by dust, humidity and vermin.

Surface Treatment:

We are equipped with 7-Tank Process as per IS 6005 with Tank Size of 2600 x 2600 x 1250 mm. These are duly controlled for its chemical properties at our test lab to ensure best surface treatment of panel before painting which results into superior finished product.

Painting:

Our unit also consists of spray painting facility as well as in house Powder Coating facility with oven size 2800 x 2625 x 1250 mm. Our Powder Coated Panels have longer life even in corrosive environment.

Testing:

To assure high quality of our power panels, we let these pass through routine tests, operation test, meager test using calibrated test equipments and high voltage test before dispatch.
