• For burning and throw - out jammed residual polymer from nozzle packs.
• Capaciy : 400 Kg. of spin packs (32 Nos.)
• Operating Temperature : 480 ~ 500° C
• Design Temperaure : 750° C

EQUIPMENT :

Rated 40KW / 415V / 3 Phase furnace consists 24 - Nos. open coiled heating element. Kanthal - A Wire, 1665 W / 240 V. Inner Chamber Grooved fire bricks. Spin Pack loading, Roller Supported removable SS - Palates.


SPECIAL FEATURES :

Air Circulating Fan & Motor and 10mtr. High Smoke Exhaust Chimney.
