Piston Ring

We manufacture piston rings that operate as serious, useful parts in an internal burning engine. Today we are helping our vehicle manufacturer patrons develop environmentally friendly vehicle by as long as a variety of piston rings that is designed and produced with advanced engineering and technology. We will continue to work closely with our engine customers and are devoted to further advancement in ring design and developed technology to ensure that the right parts are available to serve the engines of the future.

Features:

·        Piston rings are individually casted by stack molding method to produce natural tangential tension which increases the life even at elevated temperature.

·        Special alloy addition is done in cast-iron to maintain microstructure and hardness. Critical parameters like Tangential load testing, microstructure and hardness are checked.

·        Very fine grain casting to provide high tension even at high temperature for high speed engines. 

·        The hardness ranges from 95-105 HRB. Microstructure: 95% prelate with less than 5% free ferrite to provide prolonged working life even at the elevated temperature of High Speed Engines.

·        Production capacity:  10,000 pieces/month

·        Range: 30mm dia. to 600mm dia.

·        Exported to European and African continent.
