· Shell molding method casting process
· The process is based on production of shells and cores made in silica sand coated with thermosetting resins. Shell molding technology permits to obtain castings with close dimensional tolerance, smooth and even surfaces, controlled thicknesses, complex shapes with intricate cored holes. Near net-shape casting limits the need to carry out further mechanical processing and therefore reduces the final cost.

· Tappets are MIRROR CNC GRINDED on the wear face to give better edge. The hardness given to all the tappets are above 58-60 so as to prevent the wear face wear out.
· Only manufacturer in the state of Gujarat having in house foundry facility to produce chill casting, India.
· We provide 100% accuracy for the Racing Tappet, and we are giving the Hardness of 50-55 HRC on the wear face of the Lifters to give extra durability. We are making tappets for Racing applications .Vital
