Product Description

KLEANZONE offers a comprehensive range of filters for effective filtration of micro and sub micro particulate matter, both, biologic and non-biologic, including pathogenic contaminants.

ULTRAKLEAN HEPA AND ULPA FILTERS

High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters remove 99.97% of particles greater than 0.3 micron in diameter from air / gas streams, whereas ultra low penetration air (ULPA) filters are rated for 99.999% efficiency for particles down to 0.12 micron.

The filter matrix comprises specially treated glass-fibre media with machine pleated aluminum separators which ensure that the areas of air passages at all points in the filters are approximately the same. This result in virtually no turbulence, low friction, uniform velocity, evenly spread dust loading, reduced end –losses and increased capacity.

The filter media exhibit other significant advantages;

High tensile strength (1260gms/25mm after submersion under 250mm water for 15 minutes)
Inhibition to fugal and bacterial growth (water repellency greater than 760mm)
Resistance to mildew
Ability to withstand corrosive agents, including hydrofluoric acid

MICROKLEAN RANGE OF PRE –FILTER

These are designed to remove particles down to 3,5 and 10 microns in diameter from air/gas streams with better than 95% efficiency when tested as per British Standard 2831 using Test Dust No.11

The Micro-fibreglass filter media is specially treated with anti fungal and bactericial reagents to inhibit growth of micro-organization. It is reinforced with anodized aluminum mesh and housed in an aluminum sheet frame. The filter is supplied complete with flanges and closed cell neoprene gasket.

Special treatment of the filter media permits washing with water, thus extending its useful life and reducing operational and replacement costs.
