Construction of Crane Duty Gear Box

We manufacture and design our crane duty gear boxes considering the current standards in mind. We make use of metric module system to cut the gear teeth. Housings are made of cast iron and then machined with very tight tolerance to ensure a perfect alignment of gears. Our horizontal gear gearbox comprises of helical gears whereas in case of vertical gear units, spur gears are used for reduction.
