Induction Motor

The Induction Motors are available in different varieties which include Single Phase Induction Motors, Three Phase Induction Motors etc. Our induction motors are used in various industries machines, compressors, pumps, food machines and agriculture machinery. Our range for induction motor is 1HP-20HP and special ginning motor for 5 HP to 132 frame size. We are manufacturer and supplying of induction motor which is known for their reliability & great performance and is capable to work under varied RPM.

Ranges:

The Super breed range is available from frame size 63mm to 160mm in 2, 4 and 6 pole design.

Ratings:

Motors are rated for continuous duty at an ambient of 450C and site altitudes of up to 1000m above mean sea level.

Voltage and Frequency:

Motor are designed for 415V+ 10%, 3 phase, 50Hz + 5%, supply. Any other voltage / Frequency available on request.

Winding Protection:

Embedding of PTC thermistors in the stator winding is feasible and can be provided on request.  

Balance and Vibration severity:
The entire rotor is dynamically balanced with half key in position to normal vibration severity grade as per standard.

Efficiency:

Efficiency of motors conforms to “EFF2” value and remains unchanged from 100% to 60% of rated output utilization.

Insulation System:

Motor are provided with class ‘F’insulation system. In the case of utilization to class ‘F’temperature limits, either the ambient  temperature can go up to 550C for the same rated output or the rated output may be increased by 10%.
